Meet Our Coaching Staff

Norbert has had a passion for soccer since he was a child. He represented the Jamaica National Team from the age of 15-21 and began his career in the United States on a soccer scholarship to UNC. He has been coaching, providing skills training, and developing competitive athletes for over 20 years.

Stephen has extensive experience in soccer both as a player and coach. He has coached and provided technical training at both the club and collegiate level as well as Alabama ODP. He holds a National C Coaching License from USSF along with a National Youth License.

Coach Randy is originally from Pasadena, California, but moved to Huntsville in 2012 with his wife and children to be closer to family. Since that time, he has coached club soccer for HFC, girls varsity at Grissom High School, and has run both the boys and girls soccer programs at Hazel Green High School for the last four years. Randy has over 15 years of coaching at the high school, club and collegiate levels and holds a USSF National C license as well as a NSCAA National Diploma.

Crystal Harris is one of North Alabama's most experienced and accomplished female trainers. She's dedicated the past 14 years of her career to training individuals and teams in hopes of helping each of them reach their highest physical abilities.



Crystal founded Kingdom Fitness, Inc. in 2004 and went to work full-time in 2012. She also is the Randolph school varsity/junior high speed coach and works at UAH's Kinesiology Department.

A graduate of The University of Alabama at Huntsville, Crystal earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology. While studying at UAH, she ran track for the university. Even with her studies, she was ranked 10th in the nation at the National Championship for Division II track and Field 4x100 relay in Texas.

Crystal has trained numerous athletes from children, adults, and pro athletes like Darien Stewart (NFL Denver Broncos), Kenneth Darby (retired NFL), Ramzee Robinson (retired NFL), Rolando McClain (NFL), Pat Lee (retired NFL), Anthony Madison (retired NFL), and Rashad Moore (retired NFL), and helped assist in training Craig Kimbrel (MLB Boston) just to name a few.
